Deployment
Deploy between environments, generate system documentation, review content-moderation flags, keep maintenance links, and run housekeeping.
Deploy
Copy changes from a source environment to a target — files, deletions and database changes — then email the report, SQL and log to admin. Reverse or revert routes only prepare the report and SQL, changing nothing.
Deployment can take up to a minute. Overwritten target files are backed up server-side for rollback; the report and SQL script are emailed to admin and remain downloadable below.
Previous Deployments
Every deployment prepared, with file and database change counts, errors, and downloads.
| Prepared | Route | By | Added | Deleted | Updated | DB | Errors | Files |

System Documentation
Generate documentation of the website. Requirements and Test Plan are emailed to admin; System Administration stays on this page only, as it contains live credentials. The latest of each can be reopened without regenerating.
Pages, forms, emails, PDFs, API, database & configuration.
Step-by-step test cases with expected results.
All configuration, credentials, URLs, cPanel requirements and external-party agreements.
External Sites
Third-party services we use — click a name to open it. No credentials are stored here.
Local Links
Hosting & server tools — cPanel, phpMyAdmin, CRON, Terminal, and the like.
Housekeeping
Reclaim growing storage. Set how many months to keep each item — anything older is backed up (zip / CSV into bgp_housekeeping/) then removed. The scheduled cron runs the same on these settings.
Content moderation flags
Rejected uploads/entries and fail-open events (allowed while the moderation service was unavailable). Resolve once reviewed.
