Subscriptions
Subscriptions is where you build and run the portal’s subscription products — what they are, who belongs to them, and what they cost. A metrics strip along the top summarises the whole subscriber base, with clickable counts (Active, On trial, Past due, Paused, Ending, Cancelled and Complimentary) that filter the Subscribers list, alongside read-only MRR and 30-day churn. The Create subscription tab defines a new product and its pricing, Subscription views and edits an existing one, Subscribers lists and manages each product’s members, Editions configures published issues and optional pricing tiers, and Coupons manages discount codes. The page is restricted to administrators.
Create a Subscription
Define a new subscription product — its name, how often it delivers, and what it costs. Choose a Type of Access (gates a service while active), Publication (a regular issue is delivered) or Update feed, set the frequency and the per-period and annual amounts, and add a free trial if you want a period before the first charge. Once created, the product appears in the Subscribers, Editions and Coupons tabs to manage.
View / Edit a Subscription
Select an existing subscription to review and change its details. You can edit the name, type, description, frequency, per-period and annual amounts, and the free-trial length, then save the changes. The panel also shows how many subscribers the product has and when it was created.
Subscribers
Manage the members of a subscription — see who is subscribed and in what state, add people, and change each member’s standing. Pick a subscription to act on just its members, or leave it on All subscriptions to see everyone with a Subscription column. The Show dropdown and the clickable metric tiles filter by status (active, on trial, past due, paused, ending, suspended, cancelled, banned or complimentary), and each row offers actions to retry a failed charge, suspend or release, make or end a complimentary membership, and ban or unban. With a single subscription selected, use Add User to subscribe someone directly.

Editions & Product Settings
Configure an existing subscription in depth: adjust its product settings, offer optional pricing tiers, review recent member activity, and publish editions to subscribers. Choose a subscription to load everything for it, then edit its name, type, description, frequency and amounts, or archive it to retire it from new sign-ups. Pricing tiers are optional levels such as Basic and Pro, each with its own per-period and annual amount — with no tiers the product amounts apply. Add an edition with a title and body, and publish it now to email active subscribers or keep it as a draft.
Coupons
Create and manage discount codes that members can apply when subscribing. Set a code, choose a percentage or fixed-amount discount, and decide whether it applies to the first payment only or to every renewal. You can also set an optional expiry date and a cap on total redemptions, or leave those blank for no limit. Created coupons are listed below, where they can be reviewed and deactivated.
