Account Details
Payments is your account finance desk — everything you owe, everything you have paid, and the methods you pay with, all in one place. The Statement tab is your running ledger of invoices and payments with a live balance, filters and PDF or CSV export; the Make a payment tab settles a single invoice, several at once, or any amount; the Methods tab holds the cards and PayPal accounts saved for faster checkout. One method is marked primary and used by default and for automatic subscription renewals.
Account Statement
Your running account: the current balance owing, and every invoice and payment listed newest first as a statement with a true running balance column. Filter by date range or by type — invoices, payments or credit notes — then Reset to clear the filters or Export CSV to download exactly what is shown. Each row carries its date, description, reference and amount, and the PDF icon opens the whole statement as a document.

Make a Payment
Pay what you owe to BlueGreenPlanet — a single invoice, several at once, or any ad-hoc amount — using a saved card or PayPal account, or a new card entered just for this payment. Choose an invoice to pay against, pick the method and amount, and add an optional message or reference for your records. Card details are captured securely by the payment provider, a 3-D Secure step may appear for cards, and once it clears a receipt is emailed and your statement updates.
Payment Methods
Save cards and PayPal accounts here so future payments and checkouts are faster, and choose which one is primary. The primary method is used by default and for automatic subscription renewals; you can add a card, link a PayPal account, set a different primary, or remove one you no longer use. Card numbers are held securely by the payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.
