Subscriptions

Subscriptions is where you manage the products you belong to and take out new ones. The Your subscriptions tab lists everything you currently or previously held, with its frequency, plan, amount, next renewal date and status, and the controls to change plan, pause, resume, renew or cancel each one. The Subscribe tab lets you take out a new subscription, choosing an Annual or Periodic plan, picking a saved payment method, applying a coupon and starting any free trial on offer. Active subscriptions renew automatically on the date shown and are charged to your saved payment method, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your Subscriptions

The subscriptions you currently and previously held, each with its frequency, plan, amount, next renewal date and status. Active subscriptions renew automatically on the date shown and are charged to your saved payment method; the row actions let you change plan between Periodic and Annual, pause with a resume date, resume, renew or cancel. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for rather than refunding it, and you can undo it before it takes effect. Publication and update subscriptions also offer View editions so you can read what has been published.

Subscribe

Take out a new subscription and pay up front to start it. Choose the product, then an Annual plan at the discounted yearly price or Periodic billed each period, pick a saved card or PayPal account, and apply a coupon code if you have one. Where a free trial is offered nothing is charged today and billing begins automatically when the trial ends, which you can cancel anytime before. Subscribing sends a welcome pack with a paid invoice by email, and a card may prompt a 3-D Secure step.
