User Management

User Management is the admin console for every account in the portal, staff and members alike — the single place to find a person, open their full account, invite new users, reset access, and deactivate or reactivate accounts. The Users tab is the searchable, sortable list of everyone, with per-row actions to edit a profile, send a password reset, clear a login lockout or activate and deactivate, plus bulk selection and JSON import and export of the whole list. The User Lists tab builds saved groups of people for invoicing several at once, and the Logins tab is the audit trail of every sign-in attempt, successful or failed. How many rows each table shows follows your Preferences setting, and the page is open to administrators only.

Users

Every account in the portal, staff and members alike, in one searchable, sortable list. Search by name, username or email — matching runs on the server, so it covers every account and not just the page you are on — and click any column heading to sort. Status pills mark who is active, inactive, locked out, an administrator or unverified, and each row lets you open the account, send a password reset, clear a login lockout, or activate and deactivate. Tick rows to reveal the bulk activate and deactivate bar, and use Add User, Export and Import to invite someone or back up the whole list as JSON.

User lists

Reusable groups of members you can invoice all at once — handy for an annual fee or an event charge that applies to many people. Choose a saved list to edit or start a new one, give it a name and description, then move people between Available users and In this list to build it. A list keeps whoever was in it when you saved, so it is a fixed group rather than a rule that re-evaluates later. Billing picks these lists up on its Create Invoice tab to raise one identical invoice per member.

Choose a list to edit, or create a new one.

Logins

An audit trail of every sign-in attempt, successful and failed, most recent first. Filter by a date range or by user, then open the HTTP button on any row to inspect the raw request behind an attempt, and export the results to CSV. Recording began when this feature was deployed, so there is no history from before then.
