Personal Information
Personal is where you manage your own BlueGreenPlanet account, gathered into five tabs beneath the summary card that shows your photo, name, email and username. Details holds your personal, contact and work information along with your username and email sign-in credentials; Addresses keeps your residential and postal addresses; and Locale sets the country, language, timezone and date format that shape how the portal reads for you. Preferences controls which notifications you receive and how the portal behaves, while Your data lets you download a copy of everything held about you or close your account. Click Edit Profile on the Details tab to unlock its fields and Save, and note that Addresses, Locale and Preferences each save from their own tab. When an administrator opens your account to help you, these screens act on you rather than on them, and the Your data tab is hidden.
Locale
Set the regional defaults that shape how the portal reads for you: your default country, preferred language, timezone and date format. The default country pre-selects the country in phone and address fields, and the language applies on this device right away — saving makes it your default on every device you sign in to. The timezone shows your current local time beside it, and the date format chooses how dates appear throughout the portal.

Preferences
Choose which messages we send you and how the portal behaves, all applied to your account when you save. The Notifications table toggles email and SMS for new editions, renewal and trial reminders, and product news; account and security messages such as receipts and failed payments are always sent and cannot be turned off. The Portal section shows or auto-opens the on-page assistant and can reduce animation, while further options set table rows per page and how long a session stays signed in before timing out.

Failed payments, subscription suspension, a saved card about to expire, password and security changes, invoices and receipts. These affect your account or your money, so they cannot be turned off.
Your data
Take a copy of your information or close your account for good. Download exports your profile, addresses, subscriptions, invoices and payments as a single JSON file. Deleting your account removes your personal details and is available only once your balance is settled and you have no active subscriptions; it asks for your password to confirm and cannot be undone.
